I’m not dead

Just dropping a note here to say that I am, in fact, not dead. Lot of irons in the fire at the moment, and writing has been the lowest on my list of priorities. Am currently working on something rather large, so expect that in a few days. My apologies to anyone for whom this blog is a daily read for interrupting your routine.

Would some of those irons in the fire happen to be the Canucks vs. San Jose? πŸ™‚

I find my productivity wanes quite a bit whenever the Sens make the playoffs, and I would only consider myself a casual fan. (I would have to say I recently forced myself to become a casual fan once I realized how much time, attention and emotion were tied into something I had absolutely no control over whatsoever. Still ingrained in me to check the scores often though…….)

No, actually. I’ve never been a huge hockey fan (although I do like to watch), and the lock-out kinda soured me on whatever hockey madness I could boast in previous years.

Or Pterry reference. “I ATEN’T DEAD” would be a nice option.

Glad you’re doing alright, looking forward to your next, whenever you’re able/desirous of doing so. πŸ™‚

I’m not sure why people insist on Monty Python references at every opportunity. You *can* give it a rest now and then.

Here is something to help you (and others) relax, while you smelt the iron in the fire young Blacksmith:

    I published it minutes ago…. =)

I revised the grammar in that story, because I wrote it within half an hour of waking up and I was half asleep….

good to hear you’re still around, and hopefully the busy is for a cherished project and not for anything unpleasant

A Richard Pryor reference wouldn’t be out of place, either.
